Jessica Fleming-Montoya

As someone who's been in the workforce since I was 16, I know a thing or two about getting a new job. Add to that the fact that I've worked in three different countries and you know I've got a knack for writing resumes, acing interviews, and landing a good job.

Besides my hands-on experience, I've got a degree in Human Resources and General Management, which have helped me learn even more about the workforce and about how to help the average job hunter become an above-average job candidate. My studies have led me into management positions everywhere from marketing agencies to hospitality sector businesses, giving me depth and insight into what hiring managers are looking for and what makes them pick one candidate out of a strong pool. I'm also constantly working on improving what I already know, and am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Spanish as well as a Google Project Management Certification, both of which are skills I can apply to the workforce.
