Pandora Interview Questions

Congratulations on getting a job interview with Pandora. To help you become prepared, I am sharing some common Pandora interview questions and how to answer them.

How did you become interested in Pandora?

Here they are testing your motivation and passion for the company.  Your interaction with Pandora, your connection to their principles, or how you admire their unique jewelry-making approach are some of the topics you want to share.

How does your previous experience relate to this position?

Speak to the skills you have that relate to the role you are interviewing for specifically.

To illustrate, most retail jobs thrive on customer service, so elaborate on how you went above and beyond to help a customer in your previous job. Teamwork is also a great quality to expound upon.

Give an example of how you would handle a difficult customer.

In this situation, the interviewer evaluates how well you handle pressure. This question is behavioral in nature, so implementing the STAR method works well. Outline how you turned the shopping experience into a positive one for the customer.

How to Dress for a Pandora Interview

Professionalism is Key

  • Women –  wear a suit or a dress with tights and heels
  • Men – wear a suit, dress pants, a button-down shirt, and dress shoes.

Simplicity

  • Keep your clothes simple and comfortable
  • Dress appropriately for the job, and don’t wear anything too flashy
  • Makeup and jewelry should be kept to a minimum.

Compatibility With the Company’s Culture

Check online or in the retail stores to see how the employees dress. It is always better to overdress than underdress!
